As the battery is encapsulated within a vacuum container (to ensure water resistance) for the ORIGINAL and LED WATCH models, it cannot be normally replaceable. Once the battery is out of power, the company offers to its customers the opportunity to purchase, at the normal cost of a battery, the entire replacement mechanism. For all other models, the battery is replaceable at any retailer of watches. 

You can buy the replacement mechanism of the TOO LATE ORIGINAL and TOO LATE LED WATCH directly from the online shop www.too2late.com 

The delivery takes different length of time according to the address of recipient. You can read about the delivery time in the Conditions of Sale or in the specific paragraph about shipments.You can ask for further information about your delivery writing an email to customerservice@too2late.it  

You can make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days you received the products. For any information about this, please read the section about the right of withdrawal in the Conditions of Sale.  

You can download the intervention request form under warranty. You have to fill it in entirely, but fist remember to read carefully about the guarantee terms in the Condition of Sale.
By the way, we remind you that the warranty does not include and does not cover:

• Battery life
• Damage caused by wear and tear and age (eg scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or the material of non-metallic straps and chains, made of leather, plastic, cloth, Velcro, and the loss of plating).
• Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.), incorrect use that may occur by not following the instructions given by Fill the bit s.r.l. a socio unico
• Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from, for example, use, malfunctioning, defects or lack of precision of TOO LATE watch.
• TOO LATE clock repairs made by unauthorized persons (eg during battery replacement, services or repairs) or the clock changes from its original condition without the supervision of Fill the bit s.r.l. a socio unico

All instruction manuals can be found on our website. You can view, print or download them directly from the related product page. The instruction manual is not present where the use of the product is particularly simple and intuitive.
